東京偵察（１） Scouting in Tokyo(1)

日曜日は　久々に　東京偵察に行ってきた。　“東京”といっても　peng御用達の　東急東横線の終点　渋谷駅周辺を　ちょろっと　うろついてきただけじゃが・・・ pengの駅は　各駅しか止まらん。　大地震以来　東横線は　全て各駅停車の80 %運行であった。　pengにとっては、各駅と急行・特急が交互に来る50％乗車可能より　電車の本数は増えていた状態じゃった。　しか～し　数日まえに　急行・特急の運行を再開したので、　昨日は　３台に追い抜かれてしまったのじゃ。 Pengの乗った各駅が　待たされ　急行がやってきた。　いつものように　急行は満員であった。　それを横目に　各駅にとどまるpeng・・・ ほへ？　なんで乗り換えんのじゃと？　決まってお～る！　座ったままで　本を読みながら　のんびり行きたいからじゃ！　第一からして　いったん乗ったのに　立ち上がって　乗りかえりのなんか　めんどくち～もんね～（・へ・）　まあ　とにかく　39分かかっての渋谷駅到着じゃ。 駅も　いつものとおり　たくさん人がいたよ。 でもって　はちこう前は　待ち合わせの人達で　い～～っぱい。 これも　いつもと同じだな～。　久々　はちこう殿の写真を撮ろうとしたら、　「選挙のコマーシャル・タスキをかけてるのでちょい　はずかしい」と　はちこう殿が仰るので、後姿での登場じゃ。109が見える　でっかい交差点も　人・人・人！　な～んじゃ　地震後に　いろいろな東京の噂を聞いて　人が減ってるのかと　おもいきや、　渋谷は　いつもの人出であった。 　まあ　とにかく　基本　あいかわらずの渋谷で　人ごみに疲れちゃって　サクっと帰ってきたけど、　かわらないって～のも　いいものかと　安心もした　pengであ～る（＾０＾）

Last Sunday, Peng went scouting Tokyo for the first time since the big earthquake. Even though title says Tokyo, Peng was really only wandering around Shibuya-station, which is the end of the Tokyu-Toyoko line peng usually uses. Peng’s station is only for a local train stop. Since the big earthquake every trains on this line has been local, and 80% service everyday. But for Peng the number of trains has increased, because on the ordinary schedule the local and the express trains run alternately, so Peng can only get the trains 50% of the line. But a couple days ago the train company began to run the express trains again. So on that day 3 trains passed Peng’s local train. Peng’s train had been waiting, and the express came. As Peng look glanced at the express train, as always, the express was full. What? Why didn’t you transfer to the rapid one? It’s out of question! Peng likes slower style, sitting and reading a book in train. First of all, since Peng was already on the train it very tiresome to stand and transfer（・へ・） Anyway after 39minutes Peng arrived at Shibuya. At the Shibuya station there were many people, And also the famous renderzvous place, in front of Hachiko(the dog statue), were tons of people! It was always the usual situation. Peng tried to take the Hachiko picture, but he said “since I have sash with a campaign slogan, I am embarrassed to be in a photo”. That is why Peng took this photo of his behind. At the big intersection where people can see the well known building 109, sooooo many people were crossing! After the big earthquake, Peng heard a lot of bad news about Tokyo and thought the number of people in Tokyo may decrease. But Shibuya is as crowded as always. Nothing has changed! Since Shibuya was as usual, Peng began to be tired being there. So Peng return from Shibuya right away. But Peng thought “since nothing has really changed, it must not be so bad. What a relief!”（＾＾）
